Summer Glau, an American actress is best known for her roles as River Tam and Cameron in Firefly. Sarah Connor Chronicles. In addition to these, she also starred on the TV shows The 4400 The Unit The Cape Arrow Sequestered and Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck and also she guest-starred on the television series Hawaii Five-0. The actress who starred in a variety of films including Serenity and Knights of Badassdom has also performed in a range of TV films and short films like Mammoth The Birth of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon Help to Celebrate holidays Dead End and Inside the Box to name just a handful. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . Selena was the youngest of three children born to Marcela the wife of Abraham Quintanilla. When Selena aged eighteen, she began an active career with a group that was formed by her father. Selena along with her siblings Abraham junior and Sister Suzette were drummers. Selena sang for the group. Selena Y Los Dino, the group she played with was nicknamed Selena Y Los Dino. They also performed at wedding fairs and as at restaurants. Selena as well as her siblings and their parents worked hard playing in the band. They didn't have a childhood. However, Abraham inspired them to be passionate musicians with his determination. Abraham senior was a member of Los Dinos, the first band. Selena Y Los Dinos was official formed in the year 1981. The group was a company of the family and was the primary source of income for the Quintanilla family. Quintanilla's family persevered through the beginning of the financial crisis. Selena Y Los Dinos would be popular in the west states in the late 1980s. Selena won the Female Vocalist Award and the Performer's Year award at the Tejano Awards in the year 1986. Selena Y Los Dinos became popular and well-known at this time. Many Spanish language TV shows including El Show De Johnny Canales always in Domingo (Saturday night Gigante) and El Show De Johnny Canales always on Sundays, were shown.
